Four-leafed Fun
St. Patrick's Day Crafts for Little Ones
By Kymberly Pratt
Options:
Make several and hang them in their doorways so they have to walk through them to enter their rooms.

Lucky Chip Hat
You'll need:
- Clean and empty 1/2-gallon round ice cream container (you do not need the lid)
- Construction paper (green, yellow and black)
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Tape
- Dinner plate (or any round object larger than your ice cream container to trace)
Here's what you do:
- Trace around the large dinner plate on the green construction paper with the pen or pencil. Cut out the circle. (You may need to make sure your dinner plate fits onto the green construction paper. Any other round object would work.)
- Use the double stick tape to adhere the cut green circle to the bottom of the 1/2-gallon ice cream container.
- Cut a piece of green construction paper to fit around the container. This may require two pieces depending on the size of the paper. Tape the construction paper around the container.
- Cut a 2-inch wide strip of black construction paper. It will need to be long enough to go around the ice cream container.
- Cut a 4-inch square of the yellow construction paper.
- Now, cut a smaller rectangle in the middle of the square. (You will not need this smaller cut out piece. You can throw it away.)
