Eating a few saltine crackers before getting out of bed has been known to work for some women. You can also try eating small meals. And don't feel like you have to stick with traditional breakfast foods. "Morning sickness is very individual," says Johnson. "Take a break from the regular rules and do what works for you." Starting every day with a breakfast that includes a combination of whole grains, protein and fruit is an important way to ensure the health of your pregnancy and your baby. Get in the habit of eating breakfast now, and you and your family will be healthier long into the future.
