Football season is almost upon us! Sandra Lee, star of The Food Network's Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee, shares these recipes perfect for your home football party or tailgate.

Bourbon Honey-glazed Ham

1 to 5 pound whole bone-in smoked ham, fully cooked, unsliced
1 cup SueBee clover honey
2/3 cup bourbon whiskey
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup Smucker's Simply 100% Fruit orange marmalade
1/8 cup whole cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium saucepan, heat bourbon, honey, molasses and marmalade on low heat for 15 minutes or until reduced to half. Stir occasionally. Set aside.

Cut diamond pattern on fat part of ham. Stud whole cloves in each diamond. Spread half of glaze over ham and roast for 30 minutes uncovered. Baste occasionally with remaining glaze and continue to roast for another 15 minutes. Let ham stand for 20 minutes before slicing. Serves 10 to 12.

Beer Brats and Kraut

6 brats
3 bottles dark beer
1 large jar sauerkraut
Sesame brat buns
Dijon mustard

Place beer in a pot on medium heat or on grill. Place brats and kraut in beer and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. With tongs, remove brat from beer and place in bun. Using a slotted spoon, cover brat in sauerkraut. Drizzle mustard on top of kraut.
