Updated Flavors Jazz up Turkey or Ham

1 spiral-sliced ham (about 8 to 10 pounds)
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice, thawed
1 cup honey
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup peach or apricot preserves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, preserves, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well. Place the ham in a roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes. Pour half of the glaze over the ham and bake 30 minutes. Pour remaining glaze and cook about 30 minutes longer.

2 pounds fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup slivered almonds
4 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
