Aunt Bee's Mayberry CookbookThe small town of Mayberry brings back many great memories to lots of folks. Who didn't enjoy watching the antics of Andy, Opie and Barney, as well as watching the culinary genius of Aunt Bee? The image of Aunt Bee leaning over one of her freshly-baked apple pies or stirring a pot full of wonderful stew will forever be remembered by fans of The Andy Griffith Show.

Ken Beck and Jim Clark, founders of the show, compiled a wonderful cookbook so you can bring some of Aunt Bee's magic into your own kitchen. With more than 300 recipes, many that are favorites of the show's cast and crew, there is something for everyone in this book.

The recipes are down-home Southern cooking at its best. From Goober's Secret Spaghetti Sauce, Robert E. Lee Natural Bridge Sweet 'Tater Pone, Aunt Bee's Fried Chicken and Hog Winslow's Sausage Casserole to Opie's Carrot-top Cake, Thelma Lou's Cashew Fudge and Aw Gee, Paw Cheese Ball, this is basic, good cooking. No hard-to-find ingredients needed for these recipes.
