Crock Pot Applesauce

What You'll Need:
3 pounds apples (Granny Smith work well), peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
In your slow cooker, combine the apples, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cook on "high" for three to four hours. Mash with a potato masher into the consistency you desire. Stir in cinnamon.

Suggestions:
You can serve this hot, at room temperature or cold. This is great over vanilla ice cream!

Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles

What You'll Need:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
1 package egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

Directions:
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and put on the bottom of the Crock Pot. Combine soups and garlic powder and pour over chicken. Cook on high setting for about three to four hours or on the low setting for seven to nine hours. About 30 minutes before serving, combine the flour and the sour cream. Stir into the chicken mixture. Cook about 30 minutes more.

Suggestions:
Serve over noodles.
