| Ingredients: Place ham fat side up or cut side down in a 3-quart baking dish. Rub honey all over ham. Using your fingers, poke pineapple into the ham. You can also secure pineapple slices to the outside of the ham with toothpicks. Be sure to remove the toothpicks before eating! Bake at 325 degrees F oven until done, following the time chart or instructions on the ham package. An uncooked or partially-cooked ham needs to bake until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. If heating a fully-cooked ready-to-eat ham, bake until a meat thermometer inserted in ham reaches 140 degrees F. Let the ham rest for at least 15 minutes before carving. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
Zucchini Parmesan
Most holiday dinners include green bean casserole, so why not try something a little different this year? You're probably familiar with Eggplant Parmesan, but how about Zucchini Parmesan? Zucchini with a mix of spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese makes a wonderfully tasty veggie side that's sure to have your kids going back for seconds. I know mine sure did!
