The soft candlelight flickers off the golden strands of his hair. You swirl your finger around the rim of your glass, which is filled with the most wonderful wine ever to cross your lips. You pick up your fork and gently spear the soggy chicken nugget...

Be Good to Your Valentine-Foods That Say 'I Love You!'Chicken nugget? OK, we all occasionally dump those frozen chicken nuggets into a baking pan. They're not that bad, actually, and they're so easy! But on Valentine's Day when you're cooking for your sweetheart, go all out! Food is magical and can make a special day into a spectacular one. And this Valentine's Day, if you're cooking for two and the other party doesn't require a highchair, booster seat or bib, make the most of it. Make it an evening, morning or afternoon both of you will remember for a long time.

Breakfast in Bed
Nothing is quite as romantic as breakfast in bed. The trick here is actually making it a surprise. The smell of bacon wafting through the air has been known to wake up the neighbors. The smell of coffee brewing works better than smelling salts any day of the week.

"I tried to surprise my husband with breakfast in bed one Valentine's Day, but it didn't work out," says Mary of St. Petersburg, Fla. "He smelled the coffee brewing and got up to find out what was going on. He is always up before me, so he thought something was wrong!"

Consider serving your significant other a couple of delicious muffins, a sweet broiled grapefruit and a glass of orange juice. The grapefruit is so easy and quick to make – it'll be out of the oven before the smell makes it to the bedroom. The muffins could be made a day ahead of time and stored – hidden of course – in an airtight container.
