Deep fry until golden brown; this only takes a couple minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve. Makes 40 to 50 wontons.

Sausage and Cheese Balls
These sausage balls have been a part of my family's holiday entertaining since I was a child. The little appetizers are always a big hit and seem to go pretty quickly.

3 cups Bisquick mix
1 pound bulk pork sausage
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jellyroll pan.

Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping.

Cocktail Wieners
I first tasted these yummy wienies at a holiday get-together hosted by one of my sisters many, many years ago. Though you might think that mustard and currant jelly couldn't possibly make for a tasty sauce, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar were recently named Parents of the Year by a non-profit organization. Do you think they deserve this title?

Yes! Anyone who can handle 18 kids deserves it!
Maybe. They seem like good parents but having more kids doesn't make you better at it.
No! It's hard enough to be parents to one child, much less 18.
