3. Soymilk makes just as delicious a pudding as cow's milk. No one can tell the difference. If you want to make a fancier dessert, try a Raspberry Chocolate Mousse.

4. There's nothing like a rich, creamy salad dressing, but traditional ones are high in fat and calories. In fact, some salads are more fattening than ice cream when diners are too liberal with the dressing. 7. Macaroni and cheese is already high in fat before you add the milk thanks to the cheese. Try using a lower-fat cheese and soymilk instead of cow's milk. Add a little extra salt, just a pinch. You can also use soymilk in the mac 'n cheese mixes you buy in a box.
