Mix together all ingredients, not including the corn. Peel back the husks and spread each ear with about a tablespoon of the herb butter. Put husks back in place and spread ear with more herb butter. Wrap each ear in foil. Grill corn on low heat 30 minutes or till kernels are tender. Unwrap, detach husks and spread with remaining herb butter.

Good Ol' Southern Banana Pudding
There's just nothing like good old homemade banana pudding with vanilla wafers, and what a great summertime dessert it makes. Because it's so cool and creamy, banana pudding is the perfect way to end any summer meal. And it's so easy to make, you may just find yourself whipping up numerous batches of this ambrosia-like concoction this summer! Believe me, a batch of this doesn't last very long in this house, so you may want to double the recipe.

Ingredients:
1 package (3 1/2 ounces) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping, divided
40 vanilla wafers, divided
2 bananas, sliced, divided

In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and vanilla. With electric mixer, beat one to two minutes or until thickened. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping. In a 1 1/2-quart round dish, layer half of the wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat layers ending with pudding. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Refrigerate. Makes six to eight servings.
