Drinking Down the Pounds
Weight Loss Methods Series
By Carma Haley Shoemaker
Although diet shakes and supplements offer a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, not everyone can run out and buy them in an attempt to start their own weight loss program. Those who suffer from existing health conditions or who are required to follow a low sodium or cholesterol diet should consult with their physician before beginning this or any other diet program. In addition, a person who is diabetic, pregnant, nursing, under the age of 18 or desires to lose more than 30 pounds should also consult a physician and continue with regular visits while dieting to avoid complications.
Losing weight has become forefront in the minds of millions of people in the United States. By using diet shakes and supplements, these dieters can reach goals of losing weight and maintaining weight loss without losing time or motivation.
