Dear Diary,
My treadmill broke!!!!!! Yes, the cable finally snapped. I was told when my friend passed it on to me that I would need to buy a new cable for it, and that in the mean time the other one was precariously tied back into place. I got on it one day after all the holiday eating was starting to catch up to me, and the cable snapped while I was jogging. (What a sight!)
I can't buy the cable yet, as I can't afford it until next month. In the meantime, I have decided that I really need to watch what I am eating and rethink my diet. I haven't been able to buy Slim-Fast for myself in the last two weeks because my budget won't allow it. I decided to go back to the vegetarian diet that I was doing last spring. It worked great and I loved it. I am starting today. I will be watching my weight in the next two weeks to see what difference this has made. I haven't weighed myself in a month because I was so scared that I had gained a ton of it back!
This week I will be focusing on fruits and vegetables and some new ways to cook them. I think my Crock Pot will come in really handy this time!
Thanks for joining me. I hope to have some positive results in the next few weeks.
Until next time,
Heather
