Well, this week has been pretty crazy for me with Christmas coming up and all. I haven't been able to stick to my exercise program everyday because I have not been home most of the time. I haven't been watching my diet very well either. I hope that I haven't gained anything back. I only skipped my Slim-Fast shakes three days in a row. I will be getting back into the swing of things here in a few days. After my crazy schedule can get back to normal, I am thinking.

Our family is all looking forward to Christmas. We even have snow on the ground! That makes it nice. I hear we are supposed to have more before Christmas Day. I hope that it's a white one.
