Mary's Diary EntriesDiary Navigation: |
December 3, 2002
Well I have lost more than I though. The grand total is around 35 lbs. in the last 6 months. I think it's more though because over Thanksgiving it was my "bloated" week, if you know what I mean, so I know I was retaining a bit more water than normal.
It felt SO great to get on those scales and see how much I have lost. What boost it was for me. It is funny though cause I am more of an inches person. You know I measure how I loose by how many inches since muscle weighs more than fat. At my lightest I wasn't my thinnest because I wasn't in as good of shape. I actually was skinnier when I was in good shape and weighed about 15 lbs more. Ahhhh I miss those days...;)
Anyway, not much has changed since my last entry. I'm still working, more than I want to. It is helping though. I am very tired though and I don't think we're going to get the painting done before MIL comes out. We will have the tile done though:) I have found a part time exercise buddy and we're going to see how it all goes before we make any comittments to a serious routine. We like the same kind of exercising so that is a big bonus. I really need to find the time to work back Yoga into my day, I really miss it. Maybe after the holidays and things aren't so busy.
Anyway, I hope you all survie the holidays and stay on top of your eating and health! Until later...
*Take Care of You* Mary
