Hi! My name is Christa and I am a mother of two wonderful boys. I am married to an awesome guy, Don. Our sons are Austin age 6, and
Noah age 14 months. I am really excited to start this diary. I have put on a lot of weight in the past 6 years or so. It all started with my first pregnancy and just kept adding up
after that. I hope by keeping this diary I will be able to keep a record of my goals, hopes, and weight lose. As it stands right now I want to loose around 70 pounds or so. I have a
long road ahead of me but I know with a mind set to be a healthy person and the will to do so, with some encouragement I CAN do this. I weigh myself once a week, one a Wednesday. I am
also part of a great support group. Since I had my last son I have lost around 30 pounds or so. Maybe more, I can't remember right now. But I can not wait to walk into a store and buy
a pair of size 8 jeans again! Oh that will be a grand day! The one thing I have to really work on is drinking more water. That is hard when I need energy and that Dr. Pepper will help
with the energy, but only for a limited time. A healthier body will have more energy than one that is out of shape. That is my thinking anyway. I hope to update soon. But this is me
and I am so very happy to be here.
