I just am SO excited I had to share! I was chatting with a friend at a party last night and we figured out a way for us BOTH to get
into shape:) She has a treadmil and free weights in her basement. So I am going over every morning at 9:30 for a work out:) We'll take turns so one is with the kids. 3 day a week
we'll work with the kids on learning letters, numbers etc. and 2 days will be fun activities. So we'll both be killing 1 bird w/ 2 stones. Working w/ the kids AND (the best part)
getting into shape.
So today I went over and walked/jogged for 30 MIN. I averaged 2.5 MPH and burned over 200 calories and almost 70 fat calories! I FEEL GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! Man have the endorphins kicked
in:) I need to do a little research on good exercises with the free weights so that is where I'm off to now. I want to do the cardio 3 days/week and weight training 2 days/week.
I am really hoping that this will do the trick. I seem to have the eating down to where it should be about 1200-1500 cal/day to loose weight. So now it's onto the exercise:)
