Hi, I'm Michelle. I will be 28 this September and I am a mother of four. I have three boys ages 7, 5, and 2, and a daughter, age 3. To say I have my hands full is an understatement. I have been married for 9 years and we live in a small town called Carl Junction, Missouri.

I have spent the last year working at losing all of the weight I have gained from having children, and none of the "lose weight fast" diets on the market really work for most people. You may lose, but you gain it back eventually. I have found that proper diet and exercise is the only healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. It is amazing how you can get your body working with you, when you give it the right stuff to work with.

The best advice I can give anyone is to not deny yourself a craving for something. If you do, you will only end up eating everything else and never feeling satisfied. It is better to deal with the fat grams of a Snickers bar than trying to add up all the grams of fat from everything else.

My goal is to lose another 50 pounds. I have lost 27 pounds to date, and I have to admit, it feels wonderful. Follow along with me as I work to meet my goal. I would love to share every helpful tip I have learned with you to help you meet yours, too.
