Expert Q&A

I am wheat, dairy, corn, tomato and potato sensitive. I need to find foods that do not contain these ingredients. I recently found rice flour and need a recipe for bread. Can you help?
I recommend contacting [http://www.foodallergy.org/] The Food Allergy Network and the Celiac Sprue Association at (402) 558-0600 for information about recipes. Try The American Dietetic Association's excellent book, [http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0471347140/pregnancytoday] Food Allergies , which contains recipes, but is an excellent resource on food allergies. You should also consult a registered dietitian about tailoring a diet to your allergies.
