Do you have any tricks on "hiding" vegetables in meals?

Some tried and true tricks for sneaking vegetables into your son's diet:
- Grate carrots and zucchini into your spaghetti sauce.
- Offer pumpkin muffins and zucchini bread for breakfast (make big batches and freeze).
- Serve vegetable soup, like minestrone. Many children will eat a veggies in a soup (in which everything tastes the same) but not plain.
- Add grated eggplant or zucchini to your meatloaf.
And, keep serving vegetables to your son, but avoid pressuring him to eat them. Kids learn to like foods by being repeatedly exposed to them in a positive way. Good luck!
