How can I make tofu so that my child will eat it?

Many ways. I like to marinate it and pan fry it. Sometimes I serve it on a sandwich then. Making a tofu scramble with veggies and spices is good too. Remember that it takes 15 exposures to a food before people identify it as "familiar." Keep experimenting with tofu dishes and eating them yourself. Don't pressure your child. Give him time to get used to it. Tofu is very bland and begs for marinades, herbs and spices and heat to make it tasty.
