How do you cook portabella mushrooms?

These beautiful mushrooms work well cut into strips, brushed with a coat of olive oil and cooked on the grill. They can also be cut into strips and sauteed in a frying pan with some onions and finished with a splash of red wine. They also work well cut, oiled and roasted in a 450 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes.
