How do you freeze strawberries?
Wash the strawberries and trim the ends. Let them drain. Place them individually on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and put them in the freezer. When thoroughly frozen, remove and package them in plastic storage bags. Restore in the freezer until ready to use."
