How do you make a good noodle salad?

Here is an easy recipe!
Sesame Noodle Salad
(Serves 4)
8 ounces farfalle (bowtie) pasta
2 carrots, peeled and cut into thin sticks
1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
Dressing:
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
5 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
3 green onions, chopped
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add bowties and cook for 8 minutes. Add the carrots and cook another minute, then add the broccoli. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the vegetables are tender/crisp. Drain pasta and vegetables and pour cold water over them to stop the cooking. Drain well and mix with the dressing. Refrigerate for an hour to overnight. Toss and serve.
