I cannot find creme fraiche in any store. What can I use in place of it?

Creme fraiche is a specialty of France. It is thickened sour cream. If you don't have any or can't find it you can substitute 1 cup sour cream or yogurt for cold soups or slightly warmed soups. Or 1/2 cup sour cream plus 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
