Expert Q&A

I made caramel apples and put them on waxed paper. Now they are stuck! What can I do?

Put your waxed-papered apples on the stovetop. NOT a burner, but a warm stove that you had just used to bake a batch of cookies with, for example. Just that bit of warmth will help ease them off. Watch them carefully and allow a little bit of time.
