We have an electric yogurt maker, but it did not come with recipes. Can you help?
To make 1 quart of yogurt:
Take 1 quart of fluid milk and mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and one packet of yogurt culture, or 3 tablespoons of fresh, plain yogurt. Mix until smooth. Pour into clean , pre-warmed containers, then put the yogurt in your yogurt maker where a constant temperature can be maintained. After four hours or so check to see if the yogurt is thick. If not let it sit a bit longer. For flavored yogurt, put fruit, nuts or other flavorings in the containers before pouring milk in. Incubate as above."
