What are sea vegetables?
Sea vegetable is a more palatable name for seaweed. There are many types of seaweeds and coastal cultures all over the world have used them as an important part of their diet. They are extraordinarily high in minerals. The most common one is nori -- the paper-like seaweed that is used to make sushi rolls. Other commonly eaten varieties include dulse, hiziki, wakame, arame and kelp."
