What is the best way to keep dips cold during a party?
There are a couple of choices. Put your dips over a bowl of ice. Use small ones and change it every hour or so. And it at all possible, make dips that do not contain mayonnaise. Other options include relishes, salsas and hummus. Also, you could make hot dips instead.
