I'd like to know if it's safe to bowl during pregnancy. I'm around 22 weeks along and I'm not so big yet. Any advice?

Bowling is one of those activities that you have to monitor according to your comfort level as your baby grows. As your baby grows lifting can become more awkward, especially in the one-sided nature of bowling. You principally lift from one side more than the other, and as the baby grows and puts more pressure on your back, this one-sided lifting may become uncomfortable. It all depends on the strength of your back. Since you can no longer really you use your abdominals for support, you have to be very aware and careful of your movement.
Follow whatever guidelines your doctor has to offer and keep moving throughout your pregnancy whether it's bowling or walking.
