I never eat a full meal and basically snack all the time. Is this OK?
You're suffering from a typical case of not getting enough healthy fat and protein at any snack or meal so you never feel satisfied. This pattern may also stress your digestive tract, which never gets a rest from processing food and could lead to problems later.
I suggest eating a high-protein breakfast such as whole-grain bread with eggs or peanut/almond butter, a hormone and antibiotic-free hamburger with salad for lunch, some raw nuts and seeds at 3 p.m. and fish and pasta with another salad and a steamed vegetable for dinner. A few days of eating in that way will reset your appetite, eliminate your cravings, increase satiety and also support your emotional and mental equanimity by balancing blood sugar."
