Is it OK to do Tai Chi and Qi Kung exercises during pregnancy?

Tai Chi and Chi Kung are great to do during pregnancy. You will feel strong and more relaxed throughout your pregnancy and labor. I classify these activities with yoga. Unless otherwise specified by your doctor, I would not hesitate to do these activities throughout your pregnancy and afterwards.
