Expert Q&A

On your "Fitness and Breastfeeding" page, you mention a study by Clapp and Little regarding women and exercise. Could you give me the full reference on this? I'd like to be able to obtain a copy of that study, if it is available to use in arguing for the importance of a mother and baby exercise group with the family support program where I work."

James Clapp III has a new book called Exercising Through Your Pregnancy. It is loaded with great information on exercise during pregnancy and lactation. It is published by Human Kinetics and is available on their web site. Good luck."
