Do I need to wear shoes while doing aerobics tapes at home? Sometimes I just wear socks.
I would recommend wearing shoes and socks to make sure that you're getting proper support during exercise. The best type of shoe for this activity is one that's lightweight and breathable. Talk to your local fitness shoe store staff to help you get the best fit.
