Even if you think you eat a balanced diet, should you still take a vitamin supplement daily?

Absolutely! Why? Our food has become less nutritious due to the changes in soil quality, as high volume agricultural practices have leached the nutrients from the soil. This, combined with busy lifestyles, means most people do not get the amount of vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables that are needed to offset the effects of air, water and electromagnetic pollution to which we are all exposed."
