How do you feel about the low-carb craze?
Low-carb diets are appropriate for some people, but not everyone. The main thing to remember is that all your carbs should come from whole grains, vegetables and fruit, as well as legumes such as beans and lentils. Often eating low-carb will cut sweet cravings and balance blood sugar, creating even energy levels and a sense of well-being. Try it, and if you feel better, stick to it. If you experience low blood sugar episodes, such as sweating, dizziness and brain fog, add more carbs until you reach the right level for you."
