I can never remember to take my vitamins! Any tips?
Yes. Keep your vitamins on the kitchen table, and pack your lunch and dinner portions (if you will be away from home) while eating your breakfast (so eat a good breakfast!). Or use a pill pack, and keep it stocked and in your purse or briefcase. And keep an entire second set of vitamins at work."
