What are the best vitamins to take to reduce bloating?

As far as vitamins go, B6 has been reported to help with hormone-related bloating. There are various herbal supplements that claim to help with bloating such as evening primrose oil and papaya enzymes. Sometimes bloating is caused by a food intolerance, and that can be helped by L-acidophilus and other supplements that contain "replacement" enzymes. If you cannot pinpoint the cause of the bloating, you should contact your physician, and as always, before adding any supplements, you should speak with your health care provider."
