What should I eat to add more fiber to my diet?

Whole grains and beans are the best. Whole grains include oats, brown rice, whole wheat, millet, whole barley, quinoa, wild rice and corn. All types of beans have a lot of fiber. Avoiding white flour and white sugar and increasing the amount of vegetables you eat will also help."
