I am looking for a high-protein shake recipe for children that contains all natural ingredients. Any suggestions?

Tofu Smoothie
In a blender, combine 6 ounces soft silken tofu, a frozen banana, five frozen strawberries and 1 tablespoon wheat germ. Blend until smooth, thinning with a little milk or soymilk as necessary.
