I have to eat a low-fiber diet. Which foods should I eat, and which should I avoid?
Foods that are high in fiber include whole grains, beans, vegetables and fresh fruit. Processed and refined foods are usually low in fiber -- white flour, white rice, white pastas. Animal foods like meat, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese and yogurt are also low in fiber.
