Do you know what herbal teas I should stay away from during pregnancy? I drink a cup of herbal tea every night,
and want to make sure this is not hurting the baby."
I would limit consumption only because herbs are not yet regulated by the FDA, so it's hard to know exactly what
you are getting. I am not sure if one glass a night is going to harm the baby, but I would keep it to one glass to be on the safe side. If it really makes you nervous, then switch to
regular tea."
