Broiled Grapefruit
Samantha Miller
Ingredients
1 large grapefruit, sliced in half
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
To make the grapefruit easier to eat, cut around each section with a sharp knife. Put one tablespoon of the margarine on each half.
Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle it evenly over both halves.
Broil the grapefruit halves until the sugar is bubbly. Serve immediately.
