1, 2, 3 Black Beans
This simple side dish has only three ingredients and cooks in a Crock Pot! What could be simpler?
Ingredients
1 pound dried black beans
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Wash and rinse the black beans, then add enough clean water to cover. Cover the pot and allow to sit overnight.
Drain beans and pour into a Crock Pot. Stir in salsa and just enough water to cover beans. Cover and cook on low for eight to nine hours. Stir in cilantro about 10 minutes before serving.
