Herbed Cream Cheese

Ingredients

2 cups cream cheese
1/2 cup milk or light cream
2 tablespoons fresh herbs (finely chopped)*
Optional: garlic, olives or sun-dried tomatoes

Directions

Mix the cream cheese with warm milk (that will help the mixing). Add and mix the herbs. Add any optional ingredients. Garnish with edible flowers or herbs. Serve with bread slices or crackers.

Suggestions

*The herbs can be your choice of thyme, chives, rosemary, marjoram, dill, tarragon or basil. Use more or less depending on your taste.
