Strawberry Baked Ham
Ms. Hooper
Ingredients
1 can ham patties
1 cup strawberry jelly or preserves
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup prepared mustard
Directions
Combine the jelly, brown sugar and mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
Spray a large baking pan with non-stick spray and lay out the ham patties so they don't overlap. Pour jelly mixture over ham, making sure all are covered completely.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until patties are brownish and bubbly.
Suggestions
You can also use a canned ham, but the patties are quicker. Use the same directions for canned ham. Serve with your favorite instant potato and a salad. The pan drippings are great poured over ham patties and the potatoes!
