Grilled Marinated Salmon
Lanny Sherwin
iParenting's Dad of the Month shares a family favorite!
Ingredients
8 ounces fresh salmon filet per person, skin on or off
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Combine the teriyaki sauce, orange juice, garlic and olive oil. Pour mixture over the fish and let marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
Grill over high heat, skin side down, for four minutes. Turn fish for another two minutes or so. Salmon should be pink on the inside. Most people overcook fish – remember it continues to cook after you take it off the grill.
Suggestions
Serve with fresh vegetables and a salad.
