Baked Brie with Jalapeno
Ingredients
2 packages (4 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 wheel (8 ounces) Brie
2 to 3 tablespoons red pepper sauce
Sliced picked jalapenos, for garnish
Directions
Lay the crescent rolls out and press perforations to seal. Shape into a circle large enough to completely wrap the brie wheel. Place the cheese in the center of the dough. With a fork, poke some holes over the top of the cheese. Pour the red pepper sauce over the top so it runs into the holes. Cover the brie with the dough to completely cover it. Pinch to seal.
Bake at 375 degrees F for nine to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with sliced jalapenos.
Suggestions
