Cheesy Jalapeno Squares
Ingredients
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup water
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3 to 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
Directions
Combine the milk, water, eggs, cheeses, flour, baking powder, melted margarine, green onions and diced jalapenos. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool about 15 minutes, and then cut into small squares. Serve.
