I'm-So-Blue Cheese Dip


Ingredients

1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
Milk
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions

In a bowl, stir together the blue and cream cheese. Add milk, about 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired dipping consistency is reached. Fold in 1 tablespoon of the walnuts.

Spoon dip into a serving bowl and top with remaining walnuts. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Suggestions

Serve with vegetables, such as carrots, celery or broccoli, or crackers.
